Didn't really know which section to pop this in, so here will have to do :D

I don't know about you Bioshock fans, but the best thing about the game for me was the immersive and rich world. I loved it. Anyway, someone wrote a fictional book called Bioshock: Rapture.

It's available from the rainforest. Anyone read it?

To be honest I am more intersted in the book which Bioshock supposedly took a lot of inpiration from. Atlas Shrugged (I think thats the name) and might be worth a look at for you. Would be nice to hear from someone whos read this stuff. Both could be good reads and a purchase from me if so.

I honestly could never recommend an Ayn Rand novel tbh. Atlas Shrugged is probably her best and is borderline enjoyable i suppose. You have to wade through a lot of crap though.
Pales in comparison to some other dystopian novels i have read though such as Stand on Zanzibar, We 1984, Brave New World etc. Even The Time Machine.

Ayn rand had some decent ideas, but reading her novels is a bit chore. Like having a conversation with someone you have no time for. 'just keep smiling and nodding and maybe they will go away':)
