Biostar 200N CPU temp problems

My CPU temp has being going up and up recently and I have been losing my HDD aswell. Does this mean I have a faulty CPU fan, if so where can I get a new one?

tryed taking the cover off and checking its spinning as it should ? also cleaning all the crap out that builds up over time may help

Just checked and the fans are spinning ok, any more ideas?
