Hi
Going to be upgrading the cpu on one of these boards and dropping in a 955BE. The bios is dated13/10/09 and there are 3 newer bios revisions after that. I dont want to flash the bios unless absolutely necessary, but the cpu support list doesent give the usual bios rev needed for each cpu. Anyone have a better idea than Biostar

All they give is the lame message........"If you plan to upgrade processor from your existing unit, please update bios first before changing or upgrading processors"
