Biostar beeps

Been having trouble for a week. Firstly my system restarted when in win XP. So i presumed it was my harddrive. I then turned back on and it just hung on the bios after saying AMD Athlon. I restarted, it then hung after calculating the memory.

Now when i turn on, i dont get any VGA. i.e my monitor doesnt come on.
And the mainboard produces long beeps, beeeeeep.pause.beeeeeep.pause - etc.

I have tried:
Removing RAM + drives.
Reconnecting the PSU adapters to the Mainboard.
Reseated PCI+Graphics adapters.

Clue me up someone. I am upgrading my pc shortly anyway so i guess it isnt a huge problem, but im having WoW withdrawl symptoms and going another couple of weeks could hurt

Have you done a good old CMOS clear?

Do your fans spin up when you turn on ?
Have you added any hardware or progs just prior to the prob ?

Fans spin, cmos done yes, havnt made any changes to hardware/software.

Im on another PC in my home. I resat the cpu and reconnected everything. I didnt have any paste so really i just blew the cpu fans heatsink to clear of dust.
I then got to the post which said amd athlon then hung. I rrsed and got beeps again....

update: the website says the beeps im recieving mean no DRAM detected.
