Biostar Ideq 220K or Shuttle SK21G...

I have the chance of either buying:

Biostar Ideq 220K

or

Shuttle SK21G

I know both are getting on a bit but it will solve a few problems I have at the moment regarding an htpc. Which is the best out of the two?

I have an SK21G with a 2800+ Athlon, 1Gb RAM and a 7600GS as a HTPC, does a solid job although its not the quiestest machine in the world. I have a feeling this maybe down to the graphics card fan though rather than the Shuttle itself.

But ultimately it wil do what you want it to do.
