I start a new job in march in IT support so to improve my knowledge of server 2003, exchange, dns and active directory I want to get my Biostar Ideq pc up and running and with the help of my brother install the above onto it so I have something to play with/break/fix to gain a better knowledge. They are going to provide training but I want to get a head start.

I have a Biostar Ideq pc but not sure which model and when I try and install an operating system it needs drivers as it's using a SATA drive but I can seem to get any such drivers from their website, they all seem to be windows install files so: -

How do I find out the model number as there is no sticker on it to say?

How do I go about finding the files needed for the installation?

Thanks you.

[edit]
Basically when I try to install windows it gets to a point whee is can't continue because it can't find a HDD but fdisk has nps at all and I can format it, tis is why I think I need sata drivers.

Sorted

The first screen showed Via VT6420 chipset and going by the Biostar website the only one with this chipset and Athlon XP is the model 200N.
I therefore updated the bios but still couldn't install windows. I then downloaded the windows installation drivers and problem solved.
