I've had my eye on this motherboard:

Biostar TA890FXE AMD 890FX

However on the storage it says;
Storage: 5 x SATA3 6Gb/s Connector, 1 x eSATA2 3Gb/s Connector, 1 x IDE Connector, Support SATA RAID: 0,1,5,10

Can this motherboard support a regular SATA-II such as;
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache

If it can, could it support 2 of them if i were ever to get a second one?

I was told SATA-III is exactly the same port as SATA-II just runs faster..

SATA III ports are backwards compatible, so yes you'll be fine.

yep, good for SSD's, if you see harddrives with sat3.0 interfaces(such as western digital blacks) ignore it as a marketing gimmick, a mechanical drive will never reach those speeds.
