BioStar TPowerI45 OverClocking

Guys manged to O/C my DFI Lan board but I dont understand the BioStar Bios the O.N.E is confusing. I re-read the basic O/C manually but cant seem to match that with this board.
Any one got experience with this board can you help?

Ignore the above...but..

Kind of figured it out:

DRooped the multi to x7 from x8 and started at a 350Mhz giving me just above stock as this is 8 x 266Mhz.

Noticed in CPUz that the FSBRAM is set 1:1 realationship can anyone tell me how to knock this down on this board cant seem to find this?

Geting Scared

CPU Clock becomes unstable above 425Mhz and the Auto Volts has taken it from a CPU Core stock 1.26v to 1.34v.

Temp well happy.. Please see image and comment as I am not sure what to do next??? Or if you need other stats??
