biostar x58 i7 overclock

hi there i have the above motherboard and need the setting to overclock the i7 to 4 ghz can anyone help me please as im new to this it seems a shame to leave the i7 at stock speed i have a good cooler on the cpu its a Prolimatech Megahalems and 2 120mm xigmatek fans on also

I've the same config running at 3.6 ghz. Have you tried to do it yourself..?

You keep asking this question in multiple threads in the past (over and over again..) You've mentioned you purchased it overclocked from ocuk?

Have you loaded the profile? AFAIK these bundles were sold overclocked to 3.6ghz, not 4ghz.

Your 3.6 ghz profile can be loaded in the bios..

Where the 'Load Optimized Defaults' option is, look just below it to load profiles.

If your bios has been flashed, your overclock is not valid anymore.
