So its my brothers birthday in 2 weeks time and i have a budget from my family to build him a pc for around 500.
Its going to be a general use pc but he plays quite a lot of games eg call of duty series farcry/oblivion fallout.
looking for a decent spec with good bang for the buck.
need everything except os ive got xp lying around somewhere and he doesnt trust vista.
 
That leaves like £400 to build a base unit taking away the monitor cost of a 20-22". As he plays them games it may be quite a tight build.
