Managed to blag my way to building a PC providing I sell my laptop so I have £1100 to spend....Question is though, Hold out for Haswell or spend now?!

You can always wait for the next new thing, you'd never get anything that way though.
I doubt haswell will bring massive improvements, i would (and have) spend now.

Agreed, you just have to dive in. Haswell seems like it's going on the low-power big inbuilt graphics route (from what i've read) anyway.

After a full setup or just the tower? OS?

OS I Can use my current license I think, if not then I'll end up getting windows 8 and disable metro I think.

Will be after a full set up.
