I will start off this thread with a few pics of my 1st water cooled build:

Lessons I learned:

- Using a case not designed for a watercooling build is not a great idea. My Antec P120 was a great case and has served me well for many years now, but I had to hack the hell out of it to make get all the watercooling gear mounted. Most of it ended up external to the case which was pretty fugly. It also meant running a bulk head port through one of the side panels which meant you couldn't remove this panel without draining the system, severely limiting access to the case.

- Anti kink coils do absolutely sod all. At least with the decent tubing I was using (Primoflex). This stuff is not going to kink.

- A flow meter would be nice, towards the end of this builds life I suspected the pump was failing. However there was no way to really see this short of pulling everything to bits.

After suffering an unexplained system fail (I suspect something terminal happened to the motherboard) it was time to build anew, and hopefully do it better this time

Right so new build!

Lets start with a list of bits:

Core build:
01x - Core i5-6600K 3.50GHz 6th Gen Skylake CPU
01x - MSI Z170A GAMING M7 Motherboard
01x - G.SKILL RipjawsV 16 GB (8 GBx2) DDR4 3000 MHz
01x - Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Black Mid Tower Case

As usual changing and updating the motherboard pretty much necessitated changing pretty much everything plugged into it!

Bits salvaged from old rig:
01x - Laing DDC-1+ Ultra Pump 600 L/hr 18W : DDC-1 Plus Ultra
12x - Lamptron Liquid Hose Clamp Black 3/4" / 19mm OD
01x - EK Multioption Reservoir Res X2 250 Advanced
09x - Bitspower 1/4" Thread Barb Fitting for 1/2" ID Tubing (Shiny Silver)
01x - Aquacomputer Temperature Sensor Internal/External Thread G1/4 For Aquaero
GFX Card
01x - EK-FC970 GTX - Acetal+Nickel Full Cover Water Block
01x - EK Water Blocks EK-FC970 GTX Backplate - Black
01x - EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked 4GB

Bits I could have salvaged but chose to update:
01x - Koolance CPU 370 CPU Waterblock Intel
01x - XSPC 360 radiator

In taking apart the old rig I found the Lamptron hose clips to be a bit of a bugger. I'd done them up pretty tight and upon trying to remove them they displayed a nasty habit of stripping the screw heads. I reckon I lost about 20% of them, not great!
I subsequently ordered a bunch of the Phobya versions and have found them to be much better. I'd go for these: http://www.aquatuning.co.uk/water-c...lauchschelle-innensechskant-17.8-19mm-schwarz

Initial list of new bits:
01x - EK-CoolStream CE 420 (Triple) Radiator
01x Watercool HEATKILLER® IV PRO (INTEL processor) COPPER AN
01x Watercool HEATKILLER® IV Backplate INTEL
02x Koolance QDC - 13mm fitting (1/2") male (High Flow) - QD3-M13
02x Koolance QDC - G1/4" outer thread to female (High Flow) - QD3-FSG4
01 x PrimoChill Primochill Primoflex Advanced Tubing 19/13 - Red
03 x Thermaltake Riing 14 (Red)
01x - Aquacomputer faceplate for aquaero 5 PRO Aluminium black
01x - Aquacomputer aquaero 6 PRO USB fan controller, graphic LCD
01x - AquaComputer Flow Sensor MPS High Flow incl USB Port

So with these bits I've planned to do the following:
- Increased the size of the rad to the largest that will fit in my new case, and bought the fans to go with it
- Got a flow sensor and fancy fan / pump controller
- Replaced the CPU block with what I gather is the new king of the hill
- Got some quick disconnects to go on the graphics card, I see this as the fist bit I might want to upgrade and it would be nice to be able to quickly and easily swap it out.

Your new parts list looks good but I was just wondering why you are getting rid of your radiator, also why not get a D5 instead of a DDC as although they are larger (Although that shouldn't be an issue if you're choosing an Enthoo Luxe). Also when did you first complete your system as it reminds me of the original watercooled PC's (Especially with the kink coils) :D

Other than that the built seems pretty good, I look forward to seeing it up and running :)

Good luck :)
