Bit Annoyed!

Hi all.

Bit late i know.

Ive just checked my account and im 13.12p Overdrawn.

I had my phonebill billed on 22nd, but for some reason the company never took payment, something to do with the bank. I payed in 80 pounds the day before, my bill was 70. it wasnt taken out the next day, and then i recieved a txt saying it will be billed on the 28th (yesterday) now ive just checked my account and im 13 pounds overdrawn?

How?

should i sort this with my bank for being fuzzed up.

just checked my phonebill:

it was 68, i payed in 80 which was in immediately, some reason the bank never let the payment go out on the day of the bill.

and when it finally did go out on the 28th, im overdrawn on the 29th.

as ive said they garunteed me it was in as soon as i handed it over the counter.

ive done it before. i checked it over phone banking 5minutes later. it was there.

I don't understand how 80.00-68.00 = -13.12 though.

theyve charged me 25 quid on the 22nd, for some reason, im getting it back tomorrow when i go in and give em a telling.
