Bit at a time or in stages?

Having just acquired all the components for my entire new system, including the Apex Ultra + w/c system, I just wondered about how I'm best setting it up?

Would I be best:

a) Putting the whole lot togther at once and pressing the "on" button

or

b) Building the PC first, switching on etc, and THEN install the w/c system as if I'd only just bought that on its own?

Option B sounds wise for testing, but I'd only be using a bit of stock cooling (would any parts be at risk of overheating?)

Option A sounds the best for convenience of part positioning as you begin with a totally "blank canvass"

I'm kind of using another thread I had going in the "cooling" forums here, but it is relevant to previous posts in this thread....

I was concerned about "building" the w/c system outside the PC, it being 100% leak-proof, and then dismantling it to put INTO the PC and undoing all the good work!!!

Someone said that "if you know what you're doing" there wouldn't be a need to dismantle it when putting it into the PC.

Is this straight forward enough?
