Bit *****...best AGP card for <£50?

I'm building my 5yo son his 1st PC for Xmas using bits & pieces i've collected over the last year or so. Basic specs nForce2 board, 3200 XP CPU, PC3200 RAM etc.

The only thing i need that i can think of it an AGP g.card. I've not looked at hardware since i upgraded my system last (over a year ago prob), so haven't a clue what i'd get for around £50? Was thinking 9700/9800 Pro's, or is there something better to be had for around that kind of money?

why not get him an older nvidia and some 3d glasses,set up with stereo drivers looks amazing. theyre really fun

Wrong, he mostly plays BF2 or Star Wars BF2

Out of the three cards: 6600GT, 6800 NU or X800 Pro...which is the better card? I've put an offer on an X800 Pro, but if a 6600 or 6800 is better i'll hold out for one of those.
