If this is real then you should genuinely get it looked at. A spider bite that doesn't heal or left untreated could lead to necrosis which is far far worse.

Well I’m not a fly and it was terrifying enough! I was carrying a saucepan of food out to an external fridge and the whole thing nearly went south!
