Bit confused after my upgrade to GTX 280

A good little read HERE (Link) if new to overclocking, or want to know your multis, from your fsb's, volts, ram etc:)

My QX9650 added "Thousands" of marks in 06 (16k to 19.5K), without even touching the Card, BUT overclocking the CPU (3.00Ghz to 3.8) in winXP. Everthing seems lower in Vista though as far as Benchmarks go is, as "Crysis" runs faster in Vista than XP.

I have run Vantage the only thing I changed from the default setting was to pick the Perfomance preset:

Overall = 13,258
GPU = 10,928
CPU = 36,766

Do these look right for my spec at Stock?
