I have an Intel Dual Core CPU with a stock CPU fan and a standard (nothing special) fan for the case.

The noise level this Computer gives off can be very high, I am assuming the biggest cause is the Intel CPU fan and then the Case fan.

I also have a 7600GS Nvidia card that misses parts of graphics in games, I am assuming again due to the fans and not keeping the PC at low temp.

I got this from the speedfan software, this is what it says:

GPU 63C
System 40C
CPU 53C
AUX 46C
HD0 31C
CORE 67C
Ambient 0C

The big fire picture next to the CPU GPU and CORE means my PC is on fire?!

So far I have decided on these for lower temperature and no noise (or as close as I can get):

Freezer 7 Pro

Cooling Fan

Any help would be great, thank you!

drop the side of the case off and see how much the temps drop, it will give you an idea of how well the air flow is working in the system.

ac7 will help, for the fan check out the yate loon for the same price and sharkoon which is a bit dearer.

Thanks, will try that.

ACP 7 does look good and the Scythe S-FLEX, which has some positive reviews so I will try these two.

The freezer pro has hugely improved my cooling simply because it doesn't point at the side of the case as did the Intel stock cooler on my P5K-E, the fan now points to the back of the case right inline with a 120mm case exhaust fan which helps even more, it also lines up with the upper mobo heatsink which all add up to a much cooler case & CPU :D
