Bit of a problem

Sorry i cant provide more information but this is a problem at my g/fs house. She has 4 pcs connected to a router.

All other 3 pcs can access hotmail, but hers has suddernly decided to stop for the past 2 weeks. Its strange because all other pcs can get on the site except hers?

Any idea why this would be? Cheers and sorry i dont know much more info.

I cant answer right now im gonna have to make a list of ** suggestions and try when i go around. She wont know what ping means lol
