anyone got this mouse? if so how is it?

few questions.

does the glowing scroll wheel anoy anyone? is it really noticable when looking at the monitor?

can the light be turned off? (will snip a wire if needed, but dont know where to start)

its the main thing stopping me from buying the mosue, too many flashy lights.

I've got the Microsoft Habu, which is very similar with the glowing scroll wheel and I don't find it a problem at all, if anything I prefer it like that, especially when gaming without a light on!

Razer's configuration software normally allows you to turn the lights on or off if i remember rightly. So it wouldnt matter about the lights

I've got a Razer diamondback 3G and that is basically the same as the one you showed. The lighted scroll wheel isn't even noticeable when your looking at the screen and most of the time your fingers obscure it from view anyway. Hope this helps.
