Unlawful deduction from wages - have a read and talk it through with your union rep.

The director who is been a git, probably knows nothing and has not sought legal advice. I have been in business for many years and employ 60 people and I realised that I am far too busy to keep up on the ever changing employment law. That's why I pay for legal advice and have a solid policies, procedures and follow ACAS along with legal advice.
