Ran Black Ops 2 this morning and it ran fine, exited the game and the GPU was still running at 97% on the dashboard on my 7850. Rebooted the PC to see if it sorted it but once it had booted it was still running at 97%, the only way to stop it was to uninstall the drivers but as they were uninstalling the fan on the GPU ramped right up.
Have since used drive sweeper on the system to clan any amd entries off but when gaming now one minute they will be nice and smooth and the next stuttering like mad. Short of a windows reinstall to see if that helps I am at a loss, its the MSI 7850 power edition and the overclock was removed months ago.
