Hi, just after a little bit of help
been into overclocking for a while now and just got a set of Team group pro 8pack edition ram sticks, they run XMP at 3200mhz 14-14-14-31 CR1 absolutely no issues what so ever, i can also get 4133Mhz @ CL18 which for some reason seems to negatively impact my benchmarks any ideas on this?
also my previous ram was running 3200mhz at CL16 so i thought tring to stay at CL16 and run a higher speed would be a good idea hower whenever i try running 3400 or 3600 my comp boots up but stays at 3200mhz however with the new CL16 timings.
any ideas on what im doing wrong? as im used to ASUS motherboards and although i like my gigabyte board and it has a solid vrm the bios seems to be a bit more complicated than the asus one.
thank you for any replied also this is my first post so be nice lul

Thanks for the reply 8pack, yeah the gigabyte bios is very lacking compared to asus bios got roped in by them pretty lights, i tried 3600 but couldnt get it to boot with 16-16-16-36 timings which i thought was strange even upped voltage to 1.45v if i enter them timings for 3600 it boot at 3200 with them timings, think i will have to stick to 3200 cl14
