Hey guys
I am doing up my old house, and need to get new carpets fitted, before the lettings co will take it on
. I only have one day to get the carpets sorted, as the flat is quite far away from where I live - it has to be tmrw 
The property is a small flat, and am not expecting much income at all from the flat - so I want to spend as little as possible on the carpets.
I want a dark colour, so that the tennants can't ruin it ! But apart from that, I'm flexible. I have no clue with thread count/pile etc etc - it's all gogeldygoop to me.
So does anyone have any advice as to what the cheapest type of carpet to go for is ? Where to get the cheapest carpet from ? And how much I should spend per sq metre / or sq yard.
