Bit of help needed with partitioning!

For some reason I cannot shrink my C:/ I used to be able to and I need to tack some space onto my music partition, I think it's because it's no longer set as active/primary but I'm unsure how to do this.

Any help appreciated.

download parted magic

burn iso with imgburn in write mode

boot from the cd, when it loads up, select the partition manager (gparted) from the tools list.


as always, backup before messing with partitions

use the drop down in top right to select the drive you wish to do it on

If for some reason GParted does not work, diskpart.exe should do it...
