bit of help please, evaluation

feel like an idiot making a thread like this ,but im feeling like an idiot anyway today.

finished a project ive been doing for college , now the time has came to evaluate it and write it down

problem is ive gone brain dead and cant seem to write more than half a page for it.

whats the vital things(and not so vital things) an evaluation should include ?, the more the merrier.

any help would be excellent :)

laughing at me is not so great but if it makes you feel better go ahead :D

haven't done anything like this since school and to be honest i didn't do it well when i was there :o




Ps :before the nazis get here i googled and they're just trying to sell me evaluation questionnaires :p
 
sorry its a design project

although i didn't actually make the product , just have to pretend i did :/ which makes it hard because i don't know if it turned out good or bad :p :(
 
i just finished a massive design project about 6000 words in total so ill see if i can give u some hints;

  • was the project a success ? why ? why not ?
  • was the brief completed succesfully or not again why or why not ?
  • what would need to be changed to ensure it filled its purpose or what have you
  • is there anything that could be changed even if it was a success to make it more of a success ?
  • was it as was expected ? was it better than expected ?

tried to be as general as possible but its late so :p

There is always laods you can write and i know it can sometimes be difficult, always ask yourself why ?

Look back at the project in sections if you need to and just ask yourself why did i do this and not this ? what if i had done this ? i think this worked well, etc.
 
Erm, discuss problems/difficulties you've encountered doing the project (make some up) and then describe how you solved them in way that makes you sound good.

yeah its a pretty big project , 4600 words so far , meant to of spent all year doing it , instead i spent the last 4 days grafting like never before , :o

got well into it and went a bit mad , the look on my tutors face when i showed him what id done since my blank word document and zero drawings last week was funny :D
