bit of help please.

Ok so I started to play Crysis and like most the controls are crap haha, well I messed with the Actionmaps.xml and a went well but one problem i cannot get passed I want to toggle aim like in the COD games press to aim let go to un-aim.

I have not been able to find how to do this so would anyone know how to do this, ow and it's a 360 controller.

I could only ever find a toggle for the iron sights, got used to it in the end after I gave up on a fix.

I know there is a way just i'm not unpacking a .pak and messing, i'm sure there is a easier way on that xml file but I got use to it now by the look of it. thanks anyway man.

Your issue is that you're using a Console Controller to play a PC FPS game.

yeah I noticed but on crysis warhead and crysis 2 people said it all works how it should but why not have the same one crysis 1?

I use to use mouse+keyboard but went onto consoles so its hard to get back into them again but can play like it on touchlight

Those 2 got ported to console at or around the release I think? Crysis 2 is certainly more of a console shooter but Crysis 1 was a PC exclusive so didn't have any support for holding buttons I'd presume. There may well be a mod out there for it.

Well I tried game profile and that was bad it kept messing with my mouse forcing me to unplug my controller then plugging back in but that stopped the profile from using the settings.

I have been playing it on how I set it now but would have been great if they let you custom the settings better when the gave the controller support.
