Bit of help with itunes please

Getting a bit tangled up here with things. I have itunes on my mbp and my pc. I have a Iphone 4S and have now just got an ipad to play with until at least september for work.
First off is it possible to sync everything? As I dont think they are at the moment.
Could someone give me some tips on how to make this simple for me

iTunes match is going to be best way to get the same library across all devices without constantly syncing with a computer.

you can enable wifi sync to do it.

itunes match is good but its not free.

i use google music on my iphone. i started back when i only had a 16gb iphone/ipad. i uploaded my entire collection to google music (around 6,000 songs) and i got an app from the app store called gmusic (was 69p if i remember correctly)

there seems to be no official google music app yet.

but as long as i have an internet connection i have access to my entire library*

the app stays running on my mac so any new songs added to itunes are automatically uploaded.

*a few songs were DRM protected so not uploaded
