Hi all,

For my dissertation i will be building a mini cell tower, however one thing that has got me stuck is how to accuratly measure my results.

I need either hardware or software that is able to measure clarity, latency and interference (noise etc..) on certain frequencies.

Anyone know what i could be looking for.

ok requirments have now changed, so i just need to be able to measure call quality, latency and noise in a VoIP scenario.
