Bit Rusty with my overclocking algebra

I've had my 4000+ so long that I've forgotten how to go about working out stuff, lol

Would these calculations be correct?

Chip: 3000+ Venice
Mobo: K8N Neo4
RAM: Generic PC3200

If I set:

Ram div: 150
HTT: x3
FSB: 267
Multi: x9

I should see the chip hit 2.4Ghz, with the RAM at 200fsb and the HTT at 801 (well below the 1000 ceiling of the mobo)?

Can 3000+s hit 2.4Ghz easily, without much Vcore increase, or should I aim for 2.2Ghz?

Try this tiny app, I put in your details and it says your DRAM will be 200.25 so I guess that's spot on? I'm a n00b btw.
