just ordered myself another gig of Geil UltraX PC3200. Ive been umming and arrring about this for a while and just decided that it was totally worth doing - only £150 and for the increase in performance that im expecting, it should put a smileon me face! im hoping to get better performane in Oblivion and BF2 - although, i may need to get a new HD coz mine is pants!

thanks overclockers!

can someone also tell me if PC3200 ram is now crap compared to the rest and what the actual differences are? the reason i ask is because the ram i have bought appears to be the most expensive that Geil supply!

Firstly, I wouldn't bother asking shop questions in the forum, best bet is to phone OcUK or webnote them for an answer on delivery.
PC3200 is standard for DDR memory these days, you can get higher rated memory but this is only useful if you plan to overclock, plus if your current ram is the same or worse, faster would be pointless. Also don't get confused between DDR and DDR2 memory as it looks similar but is not compatible.

lol, the delivery question wasnt for the shop to answer - i just thought that usually, when you order stuff, if its ordered before a certain time, it is guaranteed to arrive the next day. Just thought that one of you guys could clear that up for me!

Thanks for the other info though.
