BitDefender 10 blocking internet (sort of)

I installed the trial version a copy of days ago, but have since been having problems connecting to the internet.

The weird thing is, is that it only seems to happen to sites i haven't been to while BD is loaded. For example - I have been trying to get to these forums for about 30 mins, closed down BD, page loaded instantly. Ive now loaded up BD again and now have no problems browsing the forum.

Anyone know what might be going on here?

Ive been having sluggish page loading recently and some sites not being found

I have a registered copy of bitdefender, but i always disable scanning of http which i think it defaults to anyway.

I always thought it was my isp's crappy DNS servers though ( Nildram ) and put it down to them.

Will do some testing now you have mentioned this
