Bitfeinx PWM fan cables ?

Hi - total noob question.

1st one - when do I get to attach a photo !?

2nd - just got a bunch of Bitfenix PWM led fans for my first build. There is the 4 pin PWM mobo cable, but there is also another connector with a short cable with a 'looped' wire on it and an 'LED' labelled extension cable with a 2 holed connector - how do I wire in the LED ?

The shorter looped wire is just a jumper cable,if you disconnect this turns the LED effect off.The power for the led is drawn from the 4pin header.
