This might be a "noob" question, but do these work with any fully modular PSU? Haven't seen enough PSUs to understand whether the connector blocks are the same on each, or whether they're proprietary to each manufacturer

they work with the ends that fit in the peripherals and the motherboards and not the end that fit in the PSU.

Think of them like 'extension cables'

Ah right, cheers chaps, I see. So if I was after white cabling throughout, I'd need to find a PSU that did white modular cables (or braid my own) and use this sort of thing if the cables didn't reach.

I have the black/gold 24 pin and 8 pin power extensions and I prefer the braid to corsair braided kits for the ax etc. I bought a blue series 1 ax kit for my cx750m and the braid is almost plasticy, whereas the bitfenix extensions feel more like a rope type braid.

If they did a complete kit to replace all the modular cables I'd have them in blue/black or black/gold over the corsair ones.

I didn't realise that it means 20cm between each terminal! Looking at the page it's not clear at all. Not complaining as it doesn't affect me much, but something you might want to change on the product page.
