bitfenix colossus venom front led

Hey guys,

First post so hopefully in the right place,

Recently bought the bitfenix colossus windowed venom edition and the front panel leds are very dim.

Any ideas how I can check them to see if faulty? Or what connectors might be affecting their output.

Okay so i got home opened it up and had a look, had trouble getting into the door but managed to pry it open enough to look inside, their are 9 LEDS in the front and only 2 are working.

Hi.

Sounds like you need to RMA the case unfortunately.

Would that involve sending the whole system back, as this was bought as a complete system build?

Out of interest does it improve if you fiddle with the case lighting switch

Just tried it and no luck, Also changed the Molex adaptor to another power connection( that runs the LED control board for the ON OFF switch on the case) and that doesnt make a difference either ;(
