Ive purchased 3 of there fans (pro edition)

1 x230mm
2x 200mm

However because of the weird shape they are they do not fit well in my case

600T the top section even though its a 25mm thick fan required does not fit correctly (previous fan was 25mm) its because of the extra edge of the circle.

this is a problem on the front of the Case the 200mm fan on the front of the cosair stops the Case closing at the bottom correctly as sticks out slighty to far.

I know bitfenix post on this forum so thought it be nice to get their verdict on the problem.

if the fan was like a normal fan with 4 holes and not such a wide edge for holes it would be fine:(

shows you how close it is with normal fans

On aanother note your fans are great. hooked it up to fan controller Quiet & loads of air even on the lowest power setting :)

gfx sli temp dropped from 85 to 40c

they do fit yes, how i mean by normal is the edge does not overhang so much on other fans which Yes it is great for variety of cases i agree with you but on some it causes problems.

its a shame you could not do hot swappable edges but this would be costly...
however the side of the case hits the edge of the fan before it can click in.. so the case from the front looks like below

my old fans (which was a coolermaster 200mm & the standard cosair fit fine.) i can try to fiddle tonight see if i can use different holes to fit correctly below is coolmaster 20mm that fits perfectly. :)

thank you for posting,

On a total side note, as i have a wasted 200MM SP that is 25cm that does not fit in the top position of case, could you not send me 2 120mm SP fans free of charge to put in the top position?

(you dont get if you dont ask right?)

And there was me about to order a 200mm Spectre Pro for the front of my 600T SE. :(

Is it not possible to retro fit it somehow? If not what would be a suitable replacement for the standard Corsair offering?

well it fits but the side door does not close properly.

also the 200mm SP says on OCUK its 25mm but when you compared it to the Cosair 25mm Its a lot thinner. which i do not understand.]

EDIT Cosair are 20mm! other sites were incorrect

i personally do not use hdd cages as i believe they make the case air flow inferior
