Hello all, just thought I'd post up a thread as my Bitfenix Flo headset arrived today - won here at OCUK from - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18576625&highlight=bitfenix -

Added a few pictures - not professional but I'm sure you can forgive me ;) -also heads up - they're large lol.

Initial impressions are good, there's more structure to the headset than I had expected when I lifted them from the box, they feel solid and well built and I quite enjoy the style of them if I'm being honest.
I also like the microphone design, seem unusual (although this is my first headset....unless you count the wireless one you can get for the 360 lol), you can bend it 180 degrees if you so desire (I did) and can reset it without issue, another feature with the microphone is that it's totally detachable so it can be removed if you want to use the Flo when playing single player or for movie/tv (which I may do to see how they feel....I'l just have to keep an eye on it, knowing my I'l lose the microphone down the back of somewhere lol).

As stated this is only just a quick review of the headset, only got them today and havnt had much time to test them out, been listening to music on them as I wrote this and all I can say is that the sound is different from my HD215's (thats as descriptive as it'l get tbh lol), and they also feel quite comfortable, I'l spend some time in actual gameplay scenarios and report back with a bit more - see how they feel after hours of use etc(the game's going to be diablo 3.....then Diablo Reaper of Souls...and maybe a bit of Burial at Sea Pt. 2 lol)

The cables that come included also have a feel of quality to them, cant see me using the 1m mobile cable much but it's nice to have been bundled and I might get use out of it yet. The headset cable with inline remote along with the extension are the main cables everyone will use, the inline remote has volume control on oneside with mic on.off control on the reverse. The cables are modular so if you happen to damage one - it can be easily replaced (I have an awful habit of rolling over my headphone cable with my chair and am just waiting for it to give, so it's a nice feature I like to have)

Thats all I have for you atm but thanks for reading :)

Aye thats the plan :D - but I still wouldnt get your hopes up too much lol - anything in particular you'd like to know? Would help me a good bit.

Why don't you resize the pics and write more about the headset?

Does it feel comfortable after using it for a while? does it sound good for music? what music does he listen to? does it sound good in games? what games did he play?
what soundcard does he use?
does it sound good on his phone/tablet? what games did he play there?
