Bitfenix formula gold 450w

Hi All

I'm currently running the 450W BitFenix with Asus 1060 OC 6G Strix card and i3-8100, as prices seem to be dropping for GPU's i was thinking about upgrading my Strix card for something like a 2060/70 super i have built a rig only for playing VPX VR Pinball with a Oculus Quest, i don't do any other PC or VR gaming so would the BitFenix handle the a GPU Upgrade?

Thanks, I won’t be able to afford any of the 3000 series probably, I kind of always stay 1 gen behind after picking up a bargain
