I ordered the merc alpha from amazon (had an amazon voucher) and apparently bitfenix sent them a load of merc betas and i was whether i would wait till february for an alpha or just have the beta.
I accepted the beta because being an engineering student i have access to expensive workshop tools so i could quite easily mod it into an alpha
but i was just thinking, would adding two top exhausts make a massive difference, i also have option of a top front exhaust as i wont be using the drive bays
main specs:
3570k OCed (when i get it)
noctua nh d14 (using a GT 1850rpm as third fan)
msi z77a g45
vtx3d radeon 7850 (Factory OCed apparently
)
