Bitfenix phenom m airflow

Buying the bitfenix phenom M prebuild in just over a week, question is how would you guys setup the airflow? For the 290x i would have two 120mm fans as intake from the top and the cpu water cooler as intake as well. That leaves the 230mm i am putting on the bottom as exhaust, which does not make absolute sense as the cold air is at the bottom.

Having top out does not make sense either, the gpu will be sucking in from the top, a top exhaust will create a hot gpu.

Take into account the natural convection of rising heat as well... By pulling in cold air from the top you're fighting this, but as long as you have more intake than exhaust I can't see any massive problems here

What's the biggest fan that will fit on the back? Have that as the exhaust

I have top X2/ PSU bottom out/ 1X bottom in / h60i push/pull rear out.

Temps are ok, but Its my first build so i think it needs work, cable management is lacking in this case however
