Is there anyway to mount a mechanical hard drive in the prodigy without using the hard drive cages? (taking both of them out).

Thanks!

Is that like the only way? I am using a ODD ^^.
All I want is like a drive cage with only 1 slot or something, can't find anything though :(
Or some way to mount it to the bottom without a cage....

Nah h80i in the rear, 230mm in the front (or salvage my 200mm in my current case).
Just don't want the hard drive cages there, just...well...because really, and it would cover half the front 230mm fan restricting airflow + only 1 drive would be there, SSD would most likely go in the side panel.
Can you point to where the HDD's are? lol I can't see them, just SSD's xd unless you mean tie it to where the two SSD's are? in his list he has 2 hard drives, did he not use them on the final build?
Also wouldn't mounting it vertically be bad for the mechanism inside?

You could just take a dremel to the bottom cage, leaving just the lowest drive bay intact, or just use the bottom cage as is, shouldn't restrict airflow any more than the PSU section does already.
