Bitfenix Prodigy M Power Button

Hello.

Ever since ive owned my Bitfenix Prodigy M case (from new) the power button seems a little dodgy.

80% of the time when I press it to start up the PC it gets stuck and then for the PC turns off within 5-10seconds.

Just wondered if this is a common problem with this case?

Nope, had a few prodigys in various colours...
If its still in the year warranty, contact bitfenix
Use this email: [email protected]

along with the serial and proof of purchase, address
They will just send you a replacement power panel

Bitfenix's support every time i have contacted them over something, i have been dealt with quickly

Actually I forgot to mention only one of the front usb ports works as well
 
Just email that guy, explain the problem and they will send you a replacement
Shame you didnt create this thread a fortnight ago, i had a spare power, usb etc panel
could have had that, but when i tidied the loft i chucked that away

Just emailed them

I seriously need a smaller cooling system in there though. The Noctua NH-D14 leaves me with no room in there. Haa
