I've received the above today and I must say I'm very happy with the product.

I have only 1 gripe however, when setting the speed/voltage to low, 6v and then to high, 12v, the speed of the fans don't actually change. They seem to always be on 12v.

I can set the RPM in the web GUI as well as the unit itself, but it seem to always report full speed, regardless of what I do.

I'm running
- 1x 120mm BitFenix Spectra Pro Blue LED
- 1x 200mm BitFenix Spectra Pro Blue LED
- 1x 200mm Corsair White LED Fan

Has anyone else had this issue?
Or know of a fix?

The so called "driver" from the website doesn't work when installing under device manager

I had one of these but took it out as it wasn't any good for me but this software helped a lot, it's called Phoebetria and a lot of people on the BitFenix forum use it too. Hope this helps.

I did try that, but the results were the same!

Snips86x, make sure you have only the center USB connection connected to your motherboard. If thats setup correctly please download the phoebetria executable attached to the forum post in this thread:

http://www.phoebetria.com/forum/#/discussion/18/software-doesn039t-work-on-windows-7-x64

Once installed go to the help menu and select diagnostic report and send us your output phoebetria.software at gmail.com, or you can start a new discussion on our forum and attach it there.
