I have just installed this fan controller and when I switched the computer on it does not light up, there is nothing at all.
I have connected the molex power, the USB and have three fans connected to the controller.
Is there anything I have missed.

Give this a shot - press on the bottom-right corner of the screen, where the power "button" would be showing if display was on.

Also try connecting molex to different molex.

I have already tried another molex connector, and I have pressed where the power button should be, it must have been DOA so I am RMA ing it.

I have never used or even seen one of these so not the best person to ask.

Thanks for that link, I did start a ticket, but the fact that the controller would not even turn on suggests it was DOA, so I am sending it back for a replacement.
