the 2 SP will be on top with h100 as shown on the image and 3 out of 4 AF will be shown as on top in the red arrow.

Question, the brown arrow should it be set up the way i did or the opposite?

Also this case comes with possibility of installing a fan on the 5.25” Drive Bays with an addon that comes with the base, should i use this or not? i got plenty of extra fans

As you have it in the image is generally regarded as the best setup for airflow/dust reduction.

An addon for the 5 inch area? The front panels are solid so i wouldn't bother adding a fan
