Its reduced because its ancient, and only worth the discount price. Probably just have buckets of old stock.

What kind of budget you looking to spend... I'd spend a bit extra on something abit better... I had a Bitfenix case a few years back and was disappointed at the quality tbh

+ 4 USB ports is quite rare for a budget case.
- Only a single 2.5" SSD slot, so you would need adapters or the bungee method to convert more 3.5" slots.
- Airflow looks like it would be rubbish unless you take that front off permanently.

Depends what you're looking to do with it. For £33 it would be fine as a NAS box with that front cover taken off and stuck out of the way, I think there are better options for anything else.
