Hi I would like some advice on this fan please.
My case is a corsair 600t.yesterday I replaced the front fan for a coolermaster megaflow.i wanted more air flow coming in the case.and Im very disappointed by the fan.i thought the pressure would be more power ul. Its no better then the stock fan.so would a bitfenix spectre pro do the job? I want something which you can really feel the air in the middle of your case :-)
Thanks

The Megaflow 200 is a 700RPM fan while the Spectre pro 200 is a 900RPM fan so it should provide more airflow, and more noise. Whether it provides enough airflow so you can actually feel it is another thing.

I have just fitted a Spectra Pro 200mm to my 600t and I can tell you that it does provide more airflow than the stock fan, you can also feel this. If you're going to fit one though, I'd recommend putting spacers between the fan and the front mesh when installing, or else you'll end up with more noise (due to the higher airflow). I did this by buying some tap washers (12 washers, 3 for each screw) and some longer screws.

Ok thats great.my 600t allready has little black spacers on.i think I will take a punt at this fan then :-) thanks for your help guys :-)

Hi, replaced the 3x120mm fans in my BitFenix Raider Case with 2xSpectre Pro 200mm 900RPM fans. Even on the Raiders built in fan controller at about half speed 450rpm they shift a lot of air with 1 top and 1 front its a must if you own this case.
