Hi,

Anyone on here work for Bitfenix? I raised a support ticket back on the 27th of June but haven't heard anything back from them since. Basically the connector for the USB's on the side panel has broken, the blue plastic part has separated from the wires and I cannot get them back in. I just wanted to know if I/they could purchase/send a new side panel or replacement cable?

I bought a pre assembled system from OCUK so I don't really want to RMA it for just the USB Cable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the support ticket number or other details that can help HQ find your ticket.
 
Thanks stulid, I have had a reply now from them. They've stated their warranty doesn't cover user damage. I'm not going to argue with them but that cable has been plugged in/out of motherboard probably twice, I wouldn't expect a cable to do that so soon. Ah well, guess I just got a dodgy cable. They said that they are launching a european parts store soon so maybe I can just order the replacement pcb and cable.
