Bitfenix Wrong front

I brought the prodigy from Ocuk shop, it was meant to be the all red case however it had the black/silver front on it.
To be fair it was correct on the invoice and on the box too, so I guess it was packed wrong elsewere.

OcUK are unable to help as they do not carry spare case fronts, and have directed me to Bitfenix.

So hopefully I was unlucky but could be a batch labeled up incorrecty too.

Will post back with what Bitfenix do or dont do for me.

I'm sure if you posted in the OcUK customer service forum section someone would gladly help you out

just return it to OcUK they will just swap it you i would imagine buddy

Oc have kindly offered to send me another one and collect the other one if Bitfenix don't reply so my issue should be resolved either way.
