Biting people while drunk....

Right, this is pretty random, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I bite people, when very drunk.

Usually always good friends, male or female, but very rarely girls I have just met.

Usually strong enough to leave teeth marks but not to draw blood.

This used to happen quite often a few years back, it went away for a while, but came back the other day when a girl I had just met/was snogging, turned away, at which point I decided to bite her arm (I cant remember this, got told the next day) she responded by throwing her drink in my lap and biting me back.

Now I know the solution here is probably just to not get so drunk I cant remember (this was a rather vicious work night drinking session that ended with me trying to walk the 8 miles home at 3:30am) but was just wondering if anyone ever does this/has this done to them?

Many thanks.

I have never heard of someone doing this before and I certainly wouldn't be happy if a stranger attempted to bite me.

My sister does this to her other half when really drunk... She draws blood, he hates it and it ends up in an argument.

She is very odd and never remembers either.

My solution, wear a muzzle and drink through straws. Will be a fun ice breaker.

Haven't experienced that before, have you tried a muzzle? Actually, saying that, there was one guy who I worked with a while back who bit me in a friendly (not that friendly) way, I just put it down to him being drunk.

Maybe stop drinking buddy? but really maybe see a therapist - many people myself included would probably glass you in self-defence for this!

When I was in primary school, if someone got me really mad, like a proper rage, I'd try bite them. Its way more disruptive than a punch, got into lots of trouble =p never again. You sir, are in touch with "the beast" when drunk.

Haha
This sadly, is not a joke.

Like I said, it had been about 2 years since it had happened, I used to think it was due to a tight jaw from a fondness of certain substances... but this is not the case.

It is to do with HEAVY drinking, as when this had happened, or has happened before, I had been drinking lots of shots, and have ended up not remembering much, which is something I have been working my way out of pretty well in recent years (I blame my boss as a bad influence constantly buying Jager)

It must just be some primal instinct inside me that comes out when drunk? I must say I have never bitten a total random, or even any men unless they are very good friends, so thankfully I have never been glassed, but like you say, do this to the wrong girl I may get more than just the drink thrown at me.

I just wanted to share with GD as I thought it was pretty random, it seems from a quick Google there are a few people out there with the same issue, there is also a Facebook group dedicated to it.

Agnes, if your sister's other half ever dumps her because of this, hook me up, would be good to have someone like "mentally" minded who wouldn't glass me :D
